Sovereign Reversions plc ("Sovereign" or the "Company") announces that following 
the sanctioning of the Scheme at the Scheme Court Hearing yesterday, the Company 
has earlier today approved the allotment of ordinary shares in the capital of 
the Company and the transfer of ordinary shares out of treasury pursuant to the 
exercise of share options granted under the Sovereign Reversions Company Share 
Option Plan, Unapproved Option Scheme, Long Term Incentive Plan and stand alone 
option granted to Robert Wigley, the Chairman of the Company, details of which 
are set out below:

Following the allotment and transfer of the ordinary shares, the total number of 
ordinary shares carrying voting rights has increased to 17,309,954.  This figure 
may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which 
they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change 
to their interest in the company, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
