Ann Santry, CBE, has decided to step down as Chief Executive of Sovereign in 2018, after leading the organisation for 18 years. She'll continue to lead the organisation until her successor is in post to ensure a smooth handover.

Sovereign comprises of a Group of companies, a member of which is Sovereign Housing Capital PLC, which is a special purpose vehicle established for the purpose of incurring indebtedness and lending the proceeds thereof to members of the Group.
