Southern Housing Audited Financial Statements

At their meeting last week, the Board of Southern Housing approved draft financial statements subject to final audit clearance. We expect audit clearance in the coming weeks and publication of audited financial statements in August 2023.

These are the first financial statements following Optivo's and Southern Housing Group Limited's merger in December 2022. The draft results, subject to audit completion, are in line with our Unaudited Preliminary Results published 1 June 2023.
