Non Deal Investor Update

Southern Housing, owning 77,000 homes and serving 167,000 residents across London, the South East, the Midlands and the Isle of Wight, will be hosting a group call and a series of investor meetings:

- Group call: 23rd March at 1pm (GMT)

- Investor meetings: 27th March between 10am and 12pm (GMT)

- Investor meetings: 3rd April between 11am and 5pm (GMT)

The company will be represented by:

- Sarah Smith: Chief Financial Officer

- Tom Paul: Executive Director of Strategy & Change

- Tariq Kazi: Director Treasury

This engagement will represent an update to our stakeholders following the amalgamation of Optivo and Southern Housing Group - announced in March 2022 and completed in December 2022. Southern Housing intends to undertake a further comprehensive non deal investor update later this calendar year.
