Solveig Gas Norway AS (the Company) has decided to appeal the Oslo District Court's judgement in connection with the legal action brought by it against the Norwegian Ministry of Petroleum and Energy

We refer to Solveig Gas Norway AS' stock exchange notice dated 27 January 2014 in which the Company announced that it had issued a writ of summons against the Norwegian State, represented by the Ministry of Petroleum and Energy (MPE), as a result of the MPE's decision to amend the Gassled tariff regulations, and the notice of 25(th) September 2015 in which the Company stated that Oslo tingrett (the Oslo District Court) had ruled in favour of the MPE.

In a board meeting held yesterday, the Company has decided to appeal the Oslo District Court's judgement and will issue an appeal to this effect together with Njord Gas Infrastructure AS, Silex Gas Norway AS and Infragas Norge AS.
