                                Issue of equity



The Company announces that it has raised #155,000, before expenses, via a
placing of 15,500,000 new ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary
Shares") at 1p per share ("Placing Shares"), with one warrant attached to every
Placing Share. In addition, the Company has issued a further 15,786,418 new
Ordinary Shares following the conversion of certain convertible loan notes in
the Company. Application has been made for the admission of 31,286,418 new
Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 18
May 2007 ("Admission").



Following Admission, the Company will have 129,072,498 Ordinary Shares in issue.
