15/11/2005 19:51 | i'm not sure, certainly they have had to re-finance themselves and I don't think they get offered too much by way of working capital - the last i saw was that Coors was it ?(US beer group) has leant them 150 k or something ! i think the financial side is sensitive but they are cash flow positive (just) so can fend for themselves without help - just ! they want to expand their number of centres (fair enough) but not sure where they will get the funding from ? existing shareholders might be only route which would dilute the price further ...but then maybe a consolidation ? perhaps dilutory fears keep the shares low ? but as I say, any buying at all sees them higher as tiny as the buying is - look at today's volume for a 14% rise on the day !...pe of 2 on who's numbers ?? | upside potential
15/11/2005 18:46 | The reason I'm a bit wary of these is, I find it hard that they're only on a pe of 2 and I'd like to know why.Even though the spread is wide you can pick them up for a lot less than the 5p there showing at. | johnyee7
15/11/2005 18:10 | i have a few of these for a pure punt. stuffed at the moment but so illiquid any buying of remote size could easily see the valuation double in my book. not in same league as GOAL or PWR but hopefully will attract some interest as world cup etc nears. not sure of NAV but recent statements were positive at least. | upside potential
15/11/2005 15:37 | Do't know what to make of this company. Was known as Taskcatch before changing its name to Soccercity. The company is similar to Goals soccer centres in that it runs 5 a-side football grounds.Broker forecasts 1.89p for year ending Jan 2006 which puts it on a pe of about 2.Is this an undiscovered gem or is there something dodgy about it.If anyone finds out, post it on here.DYOR as always. | johnyee7
