On 26 August 2010, the Company received notification that Westcombe Investments 
and associates are now interested in the following numbers of Ordinary Shares:

The aggregate holding of the three parties is 1,916,500 Ordinary Shares, which 
represents 20.43% of the current issued ordinary share capital of the Company 
excluding shares held in treasury. 
 
Westcombe Investments may be considered an associate of both Nicholas Hendy and 
Alexandra Hendy.  These three shareholders do not consider themselves to be a 
concert party under the rules of the Takeover Panel, however, they consider that 
they may be deemed to be acting in concert by certain regulatory bodies.
