Change of Name

The Board of Slimma announces that at a general meeting of its shareholders which took place yesterday, a resolution was passed to change the name of the Company to CDU plc. The name change will become effective on the resolution being filed with the Registrar of Companies and on a change of name certificate being issued. It is anticipated that the name change will become effective before 21 February 2011 and the Company will continue to trade with the name Slimma plc until such time.

The change of name is one of the conditions relating to the disposal by the Company of its Slimma and Splendour brands, which was more fully described in the announcement made by the Company on 21 January 2011 (the "Disposal"). There are several other completion requirements in relation to the Disposal which are yet to be fulfilled and a further announcement will be made in due course in relation to the completion of the Disposal.
