ADVERTISEMENT OF HEARING OF APPLICATION FOR APPROVAL BY COURT OF SCHEME OF ARRANGEMENT BETWEEN SKYWEST AIRLINES LTD. ("SKYWEST"), THE SKYWEST SHAREHOLDERS (THE "SHAREHOLDERS") AND VAH NEWCO NO.2 PTY LTD DATED 26 FEBRUARY 2013 (THE "SCHEME")

1. The Scheme was approved by the Shareholders present and voting (by person or by way of proxy) at the meeting of the Shareholders (the "Scheme Meeting") convened on 13 March 2013 for the purpose of considering, and if thought fit, approving the Scheme to be made pursuant to Section 210 of the Companies Act (Chapter 50 of Singapore) (the "Act"), between Skywest, the Shareholders and VAH Newco No.2 Pty Ltd.

2. In this respect, Skywest has made an application to the High Court of the Republic of Singapore (the "High Court") for the following orders:

(a) the Scheme approved at the Scheme Meeting be sanctioned and approved by the Honourable Court pursuant to Section 210(3) of the Act so as to be binding upon Skywest and on the Shareholders;

(b) the Scheme shall take effect in accordance with its terms upon a copy of the Order being lodged with the Registrar of Companies;

(c) that Skywest be at liberty to apply; and

(d) that such other orders as may be made providing such further and/or other relief as the Honourable Court deems fit.

3. If the High Court approves the Scheme, all Shareholders shall be bound by the terms of the Scheme regardless of how they voted at the Scheme Meeting.

4. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, Skywest's application has been filed by way of Summons No. 139 of 2013 (the "Summons") in Originating Summons No. 139 of 2013 in the High Court and the High Court has directed that the application be heard on 26 March 2013 (Tuesday) at 10.00 a.m.

5. Any Shareholder who wishes to attend the hearing of the application should appear at the High Court at the time of the hearing by himself or his counsel for that purpose. A copy of the above Summons together with the supporting affidavit, will be furnished to that person on his request in writing to Skywest's solicitors at: 63 Market Street #02-01 Singapore 048942.

6. Shareholders who may wish to raise any issues in advance of the hearing are encouraged to contact Skywest and/or the solicitors for Skywest.
