EUR7,500,000,000 Global Covered Bond Programme, unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed as to payments of interest and principal by Skipton Covered Bonds LLP (the Programme)

NOTICE IS GIVEN by the Issuer to the holders of the Covered Bonds that the Issuer on 22 September 2020 (the Effective Date):

1. The following Prospectus has been approved by the Financial Conduct Authority and is available for viewing:

Prospectus dated 22 September 2020 (the Prospectus) relating to the EUR7,500,000,000 Global Covered Bond Programme, unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed as to payments of interest and principal by Skipton Covered Bonds LLP.

2. As of the Effective Date, the following Transaction Documents have been amended and restated in connection with the transition of the Programme from a LIBOR to SONIA interest basis:

   --      the Mortgage Sale Agreement 
   --      the Servicing Agreement 
   --      the Cash Management Agreement 
   --      the Master Definitions and Construction Schedule 
   --      the Interest Rate Swap Agreement 
   --      the Series 2018-2 Covered Bond Swap Confirmation
