Skipton Building Society today announces the appointment of Philip Moore to the Board as a Non-Executive Director.
Mr Moore has over 35-years' experience in international financial services, spending nearly 20 years as a CFO, seven of which were at LV, followed by extensive consulting partner roles in the UK and South East Asia. He has experience of chairing Audit, Risk and Remuneration committees for a number of companies, including Bank of Ireland (UK) plc and Scandinavia's third largest property and casualty insurer Codan A/S. The appointment is effective from 1 February 2021.
