              Sitka Health Fund VCT plc ('Sitka' or the 'Company')


                               Allotment of shares


Sitka announces that on 14 May 2007 it allotted 166,927 ordinary shares of 1p
each (the 'Shares') to certain ordinary shareholders under the Company's
dividend reinvestment scheme.


Application for the admission of the Shares to the Official List has been made
and it is expected that the Shares will begin trading on 11 June 2007. The
Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in issue.


The Securities Note which comprises part of the Prospectus, dated 20 November
2006, sets out the terms and conditions of the dividend reinvestment scheme of
Sitka Health Fund VCT plc. Copies are available for public inspection at the
