posted to shareholders copies of the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for 
the year ended 31 January 2009. 
 
 
The Company also gives notice that the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the 
Company will be held at 9th Floor, 100 Wood Street, London, EC2V 7AN at 11.30am 
on Tuesday 16 June 2009. 
 
 
Two copies of the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 
January 2009, the Notice of the 2009 AGM and the Form of Proxy have been 
submitted today to the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be available for 
inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility which is
