SIGMA FINANCE CORPORATION (IN RECEIVERSHIP)
Auction of Portfolio Securities
The receivers of Sigma Finance Corporation (In Receivership) (the "Company"), being A. R. Bloom, M. E. Mills and S. J. Harris each of
Ernst & Young LLP (the "Receivers"), have today announced that the Company acting by the Receivers, in accordance with the Amended and
Restated Security Trust Deed dated 27 March 2003, will be conducting an auction involving certain market counterparties of the portfolio of
debt securities held by the Company on or about Tuesday, 2 December 2008. The holding of the auction will be subject to certain discretions
by the Company.
The Receivers act as agents of the Company at all times and without personal liability.
