In the news release, Interstate Hotels & Resorts (NYSE:IHR) Reports Second-Quarter 2007 Results, issued earlier today by Interstate Hotels & Resorts over PR Newswire, we are advised by a representative of the company that in the first table after the first paragraph, Adjusted diluted EPS, Year- to-Date 2007 should read "$0.07," rather than "$0.7" as originally issued inadvertently.  Complete, corrected table follows:
