  Sherborne Strategic Fund C, LLC holds 20,000,000 A ordinary shares (approximately 
  19.05%) in the issuer and SIGA, LP holds 1,965,000 A ordinary shares 
  (approximately 1.87%) in the issuer. Sherborne Investors GP, LLC and
