Posted at 25/3/2013 11:06 by horace678 hi, it says in the Admission to AIM document in October 2007 that if an investment target hasn't been found within 5 years then any funds will be returned to investors. That time has now passed - i.e. it was October 2012 - wonder if we shareholders can do anything about it? |
