RNS ANNOUNCEMENT GIVING NOTICE OF THE INTENTION TO DELIST AND CANCEL THE TRADING OF LEVERAGE PRODUCTS

Multiple Issuances of Leverage Products

Unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by Société Générale

under the Daily Leveraged Products Issuance Programme

(the "Programme")

ISINS: specified in the "Annex for Multi Series"

(the "Leverage Products")

SG Issuer hereby announces that it has requested the delisting of the Leveraged Products with the ISINS exhibited in the Annex for Multi Series attached hereto and currently admitted to listing on the Official List of the UK Listing Authority ("Official List") and the cancellation of the trading of the Leveraged Products on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange ("LSE").

Application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority for the Leveraged Products to be removed from the Official List and to the LSE for trading of the Leveraged Products to be cancelled with effect from 4 September 2020.

The cancellation of the listing and of trading of the Leveraged Products on the LSE is expected to take effect at or about 8:00a.m on 4 September 2020.

The Issuer hereby requests the cancellation of the listing of the Leveraged Products on the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and to cancel trading on the Regulated Market of the London Stock Exchange with effect from 4 September 2020.
