RNS ANNOUNCEMENT GIVING NOTICE OF THE INTENTION TO DELIST AND CANCEL THE TRADING OF NOTES

Multiple Issuances of Notes

Unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by Société Générale

under the Debt Instruments Issuance Programme (the "Programme")

ISINS: specified in the "Annex for Multi Series"

(the "Notes")

SG Issuer announced on 25 June 2020 that it had requested the delisting of the Notes with the ISINs exhibited in the Annex for Multi Series attached hereto and currently admitted to listing on the Official List of the UK Listing Authority ("Official List") and the cancellation of the trading of the Notes on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange ("LSE"), such announcement being referred to herein as the "First Announcement".

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the First Announcement, an updated application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority for the Notes to be removed from the Official List and to the LSE for trading of the Notes be cancelled with effect from 11 September 2020.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the First Announcement the cancellation of the listing and of trading of the Notes on the LSE is expected to take effect at or about 8:00a.m on 11 September 2020.

The Issuer hereby requests the cancellation of the listing of the Notes on the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and to cancel trading on the Regulated Market of the London Stock Exchange with effect from 11 September 2020.
