(a) 300,000 Cash Settled Call Warrants on the iSTOXX(R) Europe Low Variance Adjusted Beta Index issued by the Issuer on 24 June 2013, with ISIN Code: CWN8140M5891 and SEDOL Code: BBPLDG1.
