The following Final Terms are available for viewing: 
Final Terms for Severn Trent Utilities Finance plc's GBP400,000,000 6.00 % Notes 
due 22 January 2018 (the "GBP400,000,000 Notes") unconditionally and irrevocably 
guaranteed by Severn Trent Water Limited (the "Guarantor") issued under its 
EUR4,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme (the "Programme").

The Final Terms contain the final terms of the GBP400,000,000 Notes and must be
