The  Board  of  nevada  tele.com Limited  ("nevada  tele.com")
announces  that the Offer Document relating to the recommended
cash  offers for Stentor plc made by Kleinwort Benson  Limited
("Dresdner  Kleinwort Benson") on behalf  of  nevada  tele.com
(the "Offers") is expected to be posted later today. The first
closing date for the Offers is 23 June 2000.
