Following  the announcement by Dresdner Kleinwort Benson on behalf  of
nevada tele.com Limited confirming the recommended cash offers for the
Company's  Ordinary  Shares and Preferred Shares  have  been  declared
wholly  unconditional, the Company announces the resignation  of  John
Uttley  (Non-executive Chairman), Malachy Harkin (Executive  Director)
and  Charles  Owen  Jillings (Non-executive Director)  with  immediate
effect.

Irene  Elizabeth Cackett, David William Beck and Arthur Francis  Blake
have today been appointed Directors with immediate effect.

Ms Cackett is currently a director of the following companies:

Creative Online Media Limited (Northern Ireland)

During the past five years Ms Cackett has also been a director of  the
following companies:

RSL com - Denmark
RSL com - Finland
RSL com - Europe

Mr Beck is currently a director of the following companies:

Mr Blake is currently not a director of any other company.

During  the  past five years Mr Blake has not been a director  of  any
other company.



Ms  Cackett,  Mr Beck and Mr Blake have each confirmed to the  Company
that  this  announcement includes all information required under  Rule
16.8(e) of the AIM Admission rules.
