    Appointment of Stephen Thomas as Non Executive Chairman 


    SectorGuard ("SectorGuard" or the "Company"), the AIM listed provider of security and fire protection services is delighted to announce
the appointment of Stephen Thomas as Non Executive Chairman with immediate effect.

    Stephen (55) is Chief Executive and the founder of Luminar Group plc which listed on the London Stock Exchange in 1996 and subsequently
has been built into the leading UK nightclub operator.  He was formerly a Regional Director of Whitbread plc.

    Chief Executive of Sector Guard commented:
