             Acquires Hertfordshire Based Security Systems Business

SectorGuard plc, the AIM listed total security solutions group, has acquired the
assets of Euro Security Systems  ('Euro'), a business focused on the
installation and maintenance of electronic security systems including intruder 
alarms access control and cctv, for #232,000 in cash.  This acquisition, the
Company's second in 2007, continues  SectorGuard's aggressive expansion strategy
aimed at increasing its market share across the security sector.

Euro, which is based in Hertfordshire, will be integrated into SectorGuard's
Fire & Security Services division and will  operate from its Hertfordshire head
office and the newly opened Cheshire office.  Euro's operational and engineering
staff will complement SectorGuard's existing team in the enlarged business and
Euro's Managing Director Una Riley will  be joining SectorGuard as Group Head of
Communications.

Euro, which has been trading for more than 20 years, reported turnover of
#940,000 for the year ended 31 January 2006.  It has a broad range of both
residential and commercial clients and has a number of nationwide contracts,
including  Esso Petroleum, Kwik Fit and Pumpkin Patch.

Una Riley has been a leading figure in the security industry for many years. 
She is a past Master of the Company of  Security Professionals and has been an
active member of various trade associations, including the British Security 
Industry Association, where she has held representative positions and has been a
Regional Chairman of the National  Approval Council for Security Systems
('NACOSS'). She is a regular contributor to Professional Security magazine and
in  addition to her security industry involvement she is Middle Warden of the
Guild of Public Relations Practitioners. As  the newly appointed Group Head of
Communications, Una will be responsible for raising SectorGuard's profile with 
clients, prospective clients and the general public.

SectorGuard CEO David Marks said, "In completing the acquisition of Euro, we are

and  its position as a leading provider of total security solutions.

security tagging and security personnel servicing a broad range of public  and
