Directorate Change

SECORA PLC announces that Andrew Oliver has decided to step down as Chairman 
and as a non executive director of the Company with effect from 31 January 2007.  
Andrew has served on the Board of the Company since admission to AIM in June 
2004.  The Company is very grateful for the benefit of his experience and 
support over this period.

Secora welcomes Marcus Yeoman as a non executive director and interim Chairman. 
The Company intends to strengthen the Board further at the appropriate time.

Marcus, aged 43, has 20 years experience as a director of small companies. He is
currently a non-executive director of Diamond Lifestyle Holdings Plc, Northern
Bear Plc and Bright Futures Plc.


Marcus offers experience in stock broking and mergers and acquisitions and has a
broad network of contacts in the media, entertainment and consumer sectors as
well as in the financial markets.


The following information is given in respect of Marcus Yeoman as required by
Schedule 2 paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules.
