RNS Number:7640B Screen FX PLC 21 April 2006 Press Release 21 April 2006 ScreenFX plc ("ScreenFX" or "the Company") New premier shopping centre contract win ScreenFX plc (AIM:SFX), the digital advertising and communications specialists, today announces that it has been awarded a six year exclusive contract with Drakes Circus to supply digital advertising solutions to its recently redeveloped premier shopping centre. Drakes Circus, based in Plymouth, is owned by Morgan Stanley Real Estate Fund and Peninsular and Oriental Steam Navigation Company ("P&O") are the development managers. The centre, which offers 51,950 sq m of retail space over two levels, will be opened in September 2006, and will have a gross development value on completion of #200 million. Drakes Circus will provide the first fully covered shopping centre in Plymouth, with eight major stores and over 48 shops, cafes and restaurants and 1,270 parking spaces. Marks and Spencer is the anchor tenant and the scheme will bring approximately 2,000 new jobs to Plymouth. Under this agreement, ScreenFX will supply ten 63 inch plasma digital advertising screens and five bespoke info pods throughout the shopping centre. The new initiative will enable Drakes Circus to further enhance its customer service by delivering influential advertising campaigns, together with news and centre information, to its customers. The Company also installs digital flat screen networks in healthcare centres branded as HealthFX and onboard commuter trains branded as TrainFX. ScreenFX has signed deals with 19 shopping centres and this yields a footfall of over 340 million consumers per annum.
