Bobby following on from your "Were doomed", why do you hold this stock? Or more likely you are a major deramper shorting the stock.

Lord Santafe no actaul details on the sale but it would be a quick wayto raise a lot of sums and makes sense.
The cash flow and total for the year are the problem.
Good news 40 malls and eneral good opportunities and as you note people willing to pay a premium for shares.

Basically they have a major contract, they're skint and if talks fail, they're stuffed.

As a result the only way to get in at the bottom was like I did last Friday before the results. I see that there where all sells from foolish muppets yesterday too scared to even play the LSE properly, lol.

The share price is already up on anticipation I have found a gem.

In order that the Group has short term finance at this stage of its development,
I have again organised temporary short term loans to be made available to the
Group in May 2007 to finance working capital and operating costs. These
personal loans will be supplemented with an additional share issue up to a
maximum total value of #750,000, at a minimum price of 0.5 pence per share, to
be allotted within the 10% authority for Directors to issue new shares.



In addition, we are proposing a further new share issue to the value of #750,000
at the same price and this will be confirmed at a forthcoming EGM to be
announced in due course. This, together with the proposed transaction secures
future development and allows the Group to develop its full potential. My
thanks go to all the staff and the shareholders for their continued support
during the last year.

Well from my quick reading I claim both RNS is excellent news and I am already excited.

If on top of this shares issued at 0.5p a premium of 35% then that is even better news again, and I am definately buying more.

Its very early stage in the morning and I expect as the day goes along we will have around 100 comments on this thread, as investors start to fill their boots.

I see that SFX are in talks and that their customers are up from when they last had news by 20 customers. At this rate I can see these shares being a good riser this year.

Fantastic results and fantastic bonus announcement that comes with them today. I may be topping up before the market opens, since I have other shares I can get rid off to get more of these.

In over 12 years playing this silly game, it's been my experience that delayed results can only mean bad news. it gives the Employers a little time to nick the plasma screens off the walls in the office in lieu of unpaid wages.

I would have thought an RNS would be released first and this would indicate a date when results will be posted, does anyone think that SFX result date will be moved and become inline with POP TV results date ?

I just picked up 571936 shares @0.345p. Was in before the last big rise and do not want to miss out again this time round.
