Reclassification of Shares



Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority to change the Official
List to reclassify the Ordinary Shares and Zero Dividend Preference Shares as
set out below.



-          23,303,384 Ordinary shares with A Rights of 1p each with ISIN GB00B28VDQ51

-          17,896,277 Ordinary shares with B Rights of 1p each with ISIN GB00B28VDR68

-          6,588,813 ZDP shares with A Rights of 100p each with ISIN GB00B28VF145

-          20,878,519 ZDP shares with B Rights of 100p each with ISIN GB00B28VF707



Reclassification will take effect from 8.00 a.m. on 29 November 2007.



Terms used in this announcement shall, unless the context otherwise requires,
bear the meaning given to them in the Circular issued by the Group dated 25
October 2007.
