Result of Second Extraordinary General Meeting
The Board of Directors announces that each of the Special Resolution and the
Extraordinary Resolution put forward at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the
Company's shareholders held today was passed. As a result, the Company has been
placed in members' voluntary liquidation with James Robert Drummond Smith and
Nicholas James Dargan of Deloitte & Touche being appointed liquidators of the
Company.
