The Company announces that on 27 April 2010 it has decided to cancel the options 
that were granted on 16 October 2009.   All relevant grantees have agreed to 
this cancellation and it is not presently intended to grant any further options. 
 
The number cancelled that had been granted to Directors and employees total 
1,553,349 Ordinary shares of 5 pence each. The following staff of the Company
