SatCom Group Holdings plc
("COMPANY")
Result of General Meeting
SatCom Group Holdings Plc (AIM: SGH), a leading reseller of mobile satellite
communications equipment and airtime,announces that at the Company's General
Meeting ("GM") held earlier today, the Special Resolution put to shareholders
seeking approval for the cancellation of the Company's admission to trading on
AIM ("Delisting") was duly passed.
Trading in the Company's Ordinary Shares on AIM will cease at the close of
business on 31 March 2010 with Delisting taking effect at 7.00 a.m. on 1 April
2010.
