                        Amendment to Dividend Timetable


This announcement amends the dividend timetable set out in the announcement of
the interim results of Satcom Group Holdings plc dated 2 March 2006 (released
under RNS no. 1647Z).


The interim dividend of 0.15 cents per ordinary share (approximately 0.08 pence)
will be paid to all shareholders on the register on 17 March 2006. The dividend
will be paid on 7 April 2006.
