Insider - what I think doesn't matter. Unfortunately, the big crooks in the large financial institutions will carry on abusing the system but I think it's likely that the FSA will publicly take on a few soft targets. That means us, the retail investors.
It's easier than challenging the big fish.

What they should be doing is investigating and prosecuting the people behind the companies who pushed tech stocks to private investors at the top of the boom whilst advising their big boy clients to sell.
Instead they go after the small investors who are trying to make back a bit of spare cash from the system.
Pitiful.

Lets face, it 'ramping' and specifically 'pump and dump' is just what normally happens in the market but greatly speeded up. This allows some to make profits very quickly, others to make losses very quickly, and the big boys and their market makers don't like it because quite often, they actually get caught out and may lose some money themselves, which they don't like.

you are traceable, i would get the fsa to find out who the buyer of 100k was at 13.29, four minutes before you started this ramp, they only need to call the mm, who will tell them which broker dealt.

The company looks unsaleable to me, therefore has to be a squeeze and a very risky one at that. I would not touch it with yours, are you doing a write up on squeezes?
