The vesting of options over ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an exercise price of 10p per Ordinary Share, under the terms of the Salamander Performance Share Plan (the "PSP") as a result of the Company's Scheme of Arrangement and the exercise of those options as noted below:
