23/2/2024 14:14 | 23 February 2024 Saietta Group Plc("Saietta", the "Company" or the "Group") STRATEGIC REVIEW, FORMAL SALE PROCESSAND COMMENCEMENT OF OFFER PERIOD Further to the commercial update announced on 13 February 2024, the board of Directors (the "Board") has decided to conduct a formal review of the strategic options available to the Company (the "Strategic Review"). Whilst the Company's cashflow model shows positive cash balances to the end of March, the Company's Directors are becoming increasingly aware that certain contracted cash receipts may be withheld, therefore bringing forward the date, absent any further funding, on which the Company can no longer solvently trade. The Board continues to believe in the quality of Saietta's products and the compelling market opportunity and accordingly remains hopeful that a solvent solution for the Company can be found. The Company will continue to look at all financing and other strategic options available and has a number of discussions ongoing. Should the Company not have made material progress with its formal sale process or with any other financing initiatives by the end of next week, the Company may need to commence planning for an administration. A further announcement will be made in due course. | chester9

16/2/2024 09:20 | "Nah - Gott will take it down and do a pre pack. 15/2/2024 21:19 | Market cap £10M - Is the IP worth more than this? If so likely take over - If not possibly visit to Carey Street of old. (all imo) | pugugly
15/2/2024 10:28 | To make any money, SED needs very high production output, I very much doubt if they'll be profitable on the current projected unit numbers, they'll need a lot more production lines and not selling them off to raise a poxy 600k. They lack funds to cover the wage bill let alone capital expansion, reckon it's entirely possible SED wont exist as a manufacturer at some point in the future. Anyways, massive dilution coming. | owenski
14/2/2024 13:12 | At these share price levels, T.Gott's miniscule shareholding is worth £1500. If they have belief in their company, you would expect them to put their hands in their pockets at these 'bargain' levels would you not. | owenski
14/2/2024 06:39 | swiss paul - Can also happen with FTSE 100's See Lex today re BARC. Vencat needs to remove diget. Down over 60% from year 2000. Have not calculated inflation adjusted but need to discount a lot more "The pound had an average inflation rate of 3.16% per year between 2000 and today, producing a cumulative price increase of 110.95%. This means that today's prices are 2.11 times as high as average prices since 2000, according to the Office for National Statistics composite price index." | pugugly
