LONDON--SABMiller PLC (SAB.LN) said Thursday that Chief Financial Officer Jamie Wilson has resigned for personal reasons and that Domenic De Lorenzo will take on the role while the brewer looks for a permanent replacement.
The maker of Miller Lite, Pilsner Urquell and Peroni Nastro Azzurro said Mr. Wilson stepped down from the board with immediate effect, and will leave the company on March 31.
Mr. Lorenzo is currently SABMiller's director of group strategy and a member of the company's executive committee. He will become acting chief financial officer with immediate effect.
