At the close of business on the 29 September 2023, the Company had 212,389,138 Ordinary shares in issue, of which 750,000 were held in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company was 211,639,138.

The above figure 211,639,138 may be used by Shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
