Rtc Takeover Rumours (RTC)

It was on a p/e of 7 and yield of 7% with revenue growth coming and IMHO ripe for a takeover by a larger company in the sector that would benefit from the cost savings. I would like it to be independent and reaping the benefits via increased dividends but sadly smaller companies like this cannot benefit from a listing as it costs too much compared to the £12m market cap and HQ overheads when the company is unlikely to raise any money via the share capital.
