Letting them have the power to issue confetti valued shares, at will, does nothing to enhance share holder value. In fact it does the exact opposite. It dilutes the value
All that low priced confetti share issuing does, is preserve salaries
In this case anyway

I'm simply too much of a realist (or should that be pessimist?) to pretend this "Business" actually does any real Business of a productive nature that has potential to 'earn a Buck".
There are no Assets or Resources anywhere in the "Portfolio" that can be extracted/refined to saleable, valued, profitable Products

It's all a CON !!

Hmmm, I'm veering towards "Non"!
I must say, from a body language point of view, I am not impressed with M.I.
Have you seen him on his video contributions. errr and ummms every 5 words.
Very off-putting in terms of assisting in investment decision (for newbies).
Regrettably I didn't listen to his gushing excitement in the early days.

Anyone who invests in a share like Rose must be aware of the risks. In the case of Rose the collapse in the oil price is the real problem.

JudiJudi - I so agree but as i said, im down in the 90%+ region so what to lose.
What is likely outcome if ROSE does not "get their way"?
Maybe I will abstain, coward that I am.

I cannot see why anybody who has witnessed the wholesale destruction in the share price, should vote for any more trough filling until this management can prove they are up to the job
I believe they have absolutely everything to prove.
FFS look at the share price. Wofull performance
A big NO vote for me!!

About to vote my multi millions built up over many years from VANE days and onwards.
Torn, frankly but guess have to vote For. 90% loss and counting so as buoycat says: there is always hope.

Talking of hope it might just be Cuba that saves the day....but then again!
Grhhhh - why do I get into these darned AIM shares.
I question my sanity sometimes. lol.

I have several AIM miners that have made spectacular recoveries this year, finnaust and wishbone to name but two. So there's always hope for Rose!

Sent my Votes in... and to think I've paid a high Premium now for the privilege of agreeing (or not) to further Losses ?!!!!! FFS !!

My only question, what precisely have the latest Backers/Lenders seen in this that they're happy to throw $s at it with such a long history of woefully poor Results ??

2% rise on this "wonderful" RNS but not sure why.
Only excitement is seeing a bit of blue on the Change column not seen for .....yawn, months! However it equates to sweet F.A. as BID still 0.12.
I just hope M.I. has bought a nice pair of overalls and taken a course in plastering walls, assuming he has a work VISA to Cuba.

On another point (can't be bothered to look being honest)I thought we had some copper mines still on the go (ex VANE ) . Copper all time high so I guess we don't.

Oh well, with S.Arabia pulling out of Monday "technical" pre-OPEC meeting (just announced) and Russia stating they don't "need" to agree a cut in[oil] production as they have cut "effectively" due to a decision to to raise production next year (lol) Bloomberg has just announced (30 mins ago) to see $30 - $35 oil during December.

Bsck to sleep. Fingers crossed for that Cuba RNS.......sometime soon!?!
