Senior Management Appointment

R.G.I. International Limited ("RGI" or the "Company"), the AIM listed developer of quality residential and commercial properties in Moscow and the surrounding areas, is pleased to announce the appointment of David Wood as Chief Financial Officer with immediate effect.
David (45) joins RGI from NCH Capital, a private equity firm with over US$3 billion of assets under management in Russia, where he was Agribusiness Group CFO. Prior to joining NCH, David was Head of Corporate Finance and Investor Relations for RusPetro plc, the oil development and production company listed on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange.
Between 2004 and 2010, David was Chief Financial Officer for Amur Minerals Corporation, a Russian focused nickel exploration company listed on AIM. David has previously worked as a management consultant with Deloitte & Touche in the CIS where he led their management consulting and corporate finance practices in Moscow and Almaty. He has a degree in Economics from New York University and a Master of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University. David is an American citizen and a fluent Russian speaker.
