Audited Annual Financial Statements and Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM")

R.G.I. International Limited ("RGI" or the "Company"), the AIM-listed developer of high quality residential properties in Moscow and the surrounding areas, announces that it has today posted to shareholders the Audited Annual Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2013 together with the Notice convening the Company's AGM.

The AGM will be held on Thursday 29 May 2013 at noon at Frances House, Sir William Place, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 4EU.
