                            Appointment to the Board 
 
The Board of The Romania Property Fund Limited (AIM:RPF) is pleased to announce 
that, following the Board Meeting held on 12 April 2010, Jason Liddy has been 
appointed as an alternate non-executive director to Clive Simon. Mr Liddy, aged 
40, will assume Mr Simon's directorship responsibilities in the event of Mr 
Simon being absent. Mr Simon remains as a board member. 
 
Jason is a Fellow of the Chartered Securities Institute, a Chartered Accountant 
and a Fellow of the Chartered Certified Accountants. Prior to joining Bachmann 
Fund Administration Limited in 2007, Jason worked for Credit Suisse in Guernsey 
between 1999 and 2007, specialising in structured products and fund 
administration. Jason commenced his offshore career with PriceWaterhouseCoopers 
Guernsey in 1997.
