                   ROK PROPERTY SOLUTIONS PLC (the "Company")



                              SCRIP DIVIDEND ISSUE



Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for 43,004 ordinary shares
of 10p each to be admitted to trading on the Official List of the London Stock
Exchange pursuant to a scrip dividend.  It is anticipated that the new shares
will be admitted to trading on 15 October 2003.



The new shares will rank parri passu with the existing ordinary share capital of
the Company.
