Relevant Securities under Rule 2.10 of the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers
("Rule 2.10")


With reference to the announcement on Tuesday, 30 September 2003 by Rok that it
may be prepared to make an offer for the entire issued and to be issued share
capital of GallifordTry plc, Rok confirms pursuant to Rule 2.10 that:



(1)  as at 17 October 2003 it had 25,854,980 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in
issue (under International Securities Identification Number GB0003278958);



(2)  as at 17 October 2003, awards over 345,752 ordinary shares of 10 pence each
had been made under the Rok Long Term Incentive Scheme and had not vested
(conditional upon 100% satisfaction of performance conditions and not taking
into account any enhancement of awards which may be effected upon vesting of
awards under the scheme);



(3)  as at 17 October 2003, 192,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each were under
option under the Rok Executive Share Option Scheme; and



(4)  as at 30 September 2003 (the latest practicable date prior to the date of
this announcement), 445,175 ordinary shares of 10p each were under option under
the Rok Sharesave Scheme.
