Rok plc ("the Company") 
 
The Company was advised on 21 May 2010 that two directors and two PDMRs 
purchased on 21 May 2010 shares in the Company under dividend reinvestment 
arrangements in connection with the Company's BAYE scheme at a price of 33p in 
respect of the final dividend for 2009 payable on 14 May 2010 as follows: 
 
Ashley Martin - 759 shares 
Rob Olorenshaw - 463 shares 
Steve Carden - 307 shares 
Nigel Lemmon - 441 shares 
 
In addition the Company was advised on 21 May that Rob Olorenshaw purchased on 
17 May 2010 1,538 shares in the Company at a price of 34p under a dividend 
reinvestment arrangement with his nominee provider. 
 
Following these purchases, the revised shareholdings and interests of these 
individuals are as follows: 
 
Ashley Martin has an increased holding in the Company of 666,786 Shares and also 
has an indirect holding of 19,154 shares vested under the LTIP Scheme but not 
yet exercised.  These holdings represent approximately 0.33% of the issued share 
capital of the Company. He also holds unvested awards over 1,058,795 shares 
under the LTIP scheme. 
 
Rob Olorenshaw has an increased holding in the Company of 63,545 Shares, 
representing approximately 0.03% of the issued share capital of the Company. He 
also holds unvested awards over 735,079 shares under the LTIP scheme. 
 
Steve Carden has an increased holding in the Company of 8,060 Shares, 
representing less than 0.01% of the issued share capital of the Company.  He 
also holds unvested awards over 344,553 shares under the LTIP scheme. 
 
Nigel Lemmon has an increased holding in the Company of 12,897 Shares, 
representing less than 0.01% of the issued share capital of the Company.  He 
also holds unvested awards over 568,325 shares under the LTIP scheme.
