The Company was advised on 16 March 2010 that one director and one PDMR had 
exercised on 16 March 2010 nil cost options recently vested to them over 
ordinary shares in the Company under the terms of the Company's Deferred Bonus 
Plan.  At the same time, they sold sufficient shares at a price of 42p per share 
purely to pay the necessary tax and National Insurance costs associated with the 
exercise of awards under the Plan. 
 
Details of these transactions are as follows: 
 
Director: Garvis Snook 
Number of share options exercised: 49,323 
Number of shares sold: 20,325 
 
PDMR: Martin Donnachie 
Number of share options exercised: 5,980 
Number of shares sold: 2,465 
 
Following these dealings, the revised shareholdings and interests of these 
individuals are as follows: 
 
Garvis Snook has increased his direct holding in the Company to 609,575 Shares 
and also has an indirect holding of 977,419 Shares vested under the LTIP scheme 
but not yet exercised.  These holdings represent approximately 0.89% of the 
issued share capital of the Company.  He also holds unvested awards of 1,585,538 
Shares under the LTIP scheme. 
 
Martin Donnachie has increased his holding in the Company to 13,222 Share. 
These holdings represent less than 0.01% of the issued share capital of the 
Company.  He also holds unvested awards over 405,227 Shares under the LTIP 
scheme.
