Rok plc ("the Company") 
 
 
The Company was advised on 16 October 2009 that two directors and three PDMRs 
purchased on 16 October 2009 shares in the Company under dividend reinvestment 
arrangements in connection with the Company's BAYE scheme at a price of 51.8p in 
respect of the interim dividend for 2009 payable on 9 October 2009 as follows: 
 
 
Ashley Martin - 184 shares 
Rob Olorenshaw - 100 shares 
Steve Carden - 62 shares 
Claire Hamon - 86 shares 
Nigel Lemmon - 93 shares 
 
 
In addition the Company was advised on 19 October that Rob Olorenshaw purchased 
on 12 October 434 shares in the Company at a price of 53.78p under a dividend 
reinvestment arrangement with his nominee provider. 
 
 
Following these purchases, the revised shareholdings and interests of these 
individuals are as follows: 
 
 
Ashley Martin now has a holding of 635,951 Shares in the Company representing 
approximately 0.35% of the issued share capital of the Company. He also holds 
unvested awards over 755,142 Shares under the LTIP scheme, together with 30,084 
Shares unvested under the Deferred Bonus Plan. 
 
 
Rob Olorenshaw now has a holding of 44,815 Shares, representing approximately 
0.02% of the issued share capital of the Company. He also holds unvested awards 
over 420,060 Shares under the LTIP scheme, together with 21,772 Shares under the 
Deferred Bonus Plan. 
 
 
Steve Carden now has a holding of 4,774 Shares in the Company, representing less 
than 0.01% of the issued share capital of the Company. He also holds unvested 
awards over 92,081 Shares under the LTIP scheme, together with 1,523 Shares 
under the Deferred Bonus Plan. 
 
 
Claire Hamon now has a holding of 38,890 Shares in the Company, representing 
approximately 0.02% of the issued share capital of the Company.  She also holds 
unvested awards over 129,433 Shares under the LTIP scheme, together with 8,571 
Shares under the Deferred Bonus Plan. 
 
 
Nigel Lemmon now has a holding of 7,114 Shares in the Company, representing less 
than 0.01% of the issued share capital of the Company. He also holds unvested 
awards over 260,625 Shares under the LTIP scheme, together with 4,550 Shares
