TIDMROK RNS Number : 6413Y Rok PLC 07 September 2009 Stock Exchange Announcement 7 September 2009 Rok plc ("the Company") Stock Exchange Announcement Rok plc ("the Company") The Company was advised on 4 September 2009 that the Chief Executive, Garvis Snook, had exercised on 4 September 2009 nil cost options over 44,944 ordinary shares in the Company granted to him under the terms of the Company's Deferred Bonus Plan and sold 18,520 ordinary shares at a price of 45p per share. These shares were purely sold to pay the necessary tax and National Insurance costs associated with the exercise of awards under the Company's Deferred Bonus Plan. Following these transactions, Garvis Snook now has a direct holding of 578,264 ordinary shares in the Company and an indirect holding of 977,419 ordinary shares vested under the LTIP scheme but not yet exercised. These holdings represent approximately 0.87% of the issued share capital of the Company. He also holds unvested awards of 1,105,223 ordinary shares under the LTIP scheme and 47,402 ordinary shares unvested under the Deferred Bonus Plan.
